China's online retail market maintained rapid growth in the first half of the year, with nationwide online retail sales reaching 4.82 trillion yuan, up 17.8 percent year on year and 2.5 percentage points faster than the first quarter. According to business Big Data monitoring, B2C retail sales accounted for 75.8% of China's online retail sales, up 4.1 percentage points from the same period last year.Among them, the sales of cosmetics, smart home, health care products and other upgraded consumer goods grew rapidly, with the year-on-year growth rate exceeding 30%.In the first half of this year, the retail import volume of major cross-border e-commerce platforms increased by more than 20% year-on-year. In terms of categories, cosmetics ranked first, accounting for 34.8%.
